My latest podcast interview just dropped. Project Seed Money is a fantastic organization dedicated to the empowerment of women writers by providing the education, resources, and connections needed to secure funding and navigate the journey from manuscript to published book.
As described by PSM, this interview is a "moving and motivational episode. Sharissa Bradley interviews B.L. Mostyn, epic fantasy author of Heroes of Another Age. B.L. shares how a lifelong love of storytelling—and a world she’s been developing since she was thirteen—finally became her debut novel, published in 2025."
The next event I have my sights on it The Write Women book fest. I've not been accepted yet, but I'm really hoping they'll squeeze me in. Cross your fingers with me.
I'll be live, at the Barnes & Noble right outside of the Columbia Mall, signing books and greeting fans. I hope you'll stop by to say "hi".

I found out about this opportunity too late to get a table myself, but I’ll certainly be going. I have a few author friends—Beth Martin, Jason Abofsky, and Edward Swing—from my critique group that will be behind some of the author tables. Should be a ton of fun!
I'm going to be interviewed for my first podcast, ever! It's called "A Book Finds You" and specializes in new authors. It's happening on 4/21, but I'm not sure when the episode will air yet. Wish me luck!
I'll be participating in my first writer's conference this week. A lot of training, a lot of vendors, and a lot of networking, which, I'm coming to find out, is the name of the game. Fingers crossed I make a few connections.
One of the things I love best about the book industry is that it isn't really competitive. Sure, we're all trying to stand out in the crowd, but once you're done reading my book, you're gonna need something else to read. Check here for updates from other authors I've met along the way.
A fantastic thrill ride filled with danger, intrigue, and leveling up. An amazing LitRPG by Keegan Eichelman, that brings the reader along on the journey of a girl thrown into a video game world, where her father gets abducted and sentenced to death, leaving her to master her own bravery, strength, and to create her own Game.
His experience could change everything. If he could just remember it...
When Derek Boone dies in an accident, the doctors are able to revive him. When he wakes he has strange flashbacks he calls “bruised memories.”
A deranged cult seeks him out to learn about his near-death experience, but when a gunman attacks him he goes on the run.
Escaping from New Jersey to the Adirondack mountains, Derek is desperate for his own truth, even if it leads him into the hands of an enemy.
Just in time for the spooky season, Beth Martin's book of haunted puzzles and escapes. If you're looking for a good head-scratcher, look no further.
Looks like Heroes of Another Age isn’t the only new audiobook on the block.
My good friend M.E. Harker asked me to be an advanced listener for the audiobook version of her YA Sci Fi novel, Just One Command and I loved it! Fun, witty, and exuberant, this novel follows the exploits of a janitor-robot mechanic, Casey C. Cassandra, and her extraordinary, silent partner, Charles Mock 1, as they uncover an assassination plot and escape the ship before they both get turned into scrap. With a couple of new friends, quick thinking, faster quips, and strong comradery, can they stop the scheme before it’s too late? It was a fun read that I really recommend. Her digital and paperback versions are out now, with her audiobook releasing later this month.
Described as a cozy fantasy rom-com with nods to Beauty and the Beast, Curtsies & Consequences is a romping good time read filled with deceitful princesses, noble and way-too-good-looking knights. I can't wait to find out more.
A gripping Sci-Fi thriller, Memory Clear follows Marco Sinclair and his wonder drug Clear, which has the ability to let people remember forgotten memories. Marco tests it on himself, only to begin recalling countless memories which were best left in the past.

In this hilarious Sci Fi epic--It’s just one command between life and death, and somehow the ship’s janitor has found herself at the helm of a universe-wide conspiracy plot.

A few of the authors in my critique group just released a new compilation of short sci-fi stories - Enigma Station - check them out on Amazon.
